Tundra, usually a private restaurant operating by reservation only, now presents Tundra Chef\u2019s Table that is open for guests on selected days, only a few times a month. Single diners, couples, or small parties are welcome to savour the pure northern aromas of Kuusamo, flavoured with an international twist.<\/p>\n<p>This journey of flavours has been inspired by the extensive travelling Chef Pitk\u00e4nen has done. Through his dishes Chef Pitk\u00e4nen will lead his guests down his flavour-packed memory lane around the globe.
